I enjoyed living there. It is a very safe community for both parents and kids.

Nice quite place. Very near to most of grocery shops, costco, schools, Malls. friendly community. prompt maintainence staff.

Lived here for 5 years. Have only had 3 maint. requests and everything was fixed same day and usually within a couple hours. Office staff very friendly and always willing to help out. Area is great because anything you could want or need is on Falls of Neuse/Wake Forest Rd. Been a few breakins but they hired security and Raleigh PD ride thru alot now. No problems lately.

I would say: "you will like living at Windsor Falls". Conveniently located and amenities are nice. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner.

I would let them know how sweet the staff is, that you can call them about anything. That it is a pretty quiet community and that people pretty much keep to themselves and I really like it here. Maintenance do their very best to keep the community clean.

What I would tell them that I love it and that I would like to continue living here. I have been living here since May 2010 to present time and a lot of progress has made such increasy secury for resident; improvement of the landscaping; finish work orders promptly as much they can, other improvement such as getting a new pool guard to ensure safety and make sure that all resident understand the rules. Per my observation since I moved in, there have been many manager and maintenance personal leave or quit, but apparently for better. Last year, I submitted a work order to replace all wind's blads but never changed. On August 1st 2011, I start my new lease and re-quest for my existing work order soa that Winsor Falls promes that they already made the order and that they are coming very soon. I hope so. Other thing. I request also to retouch with paint my existing wall due to I sign up for a new lease and that I would like if Windsor Falls do for me however, I was told was I either bring a container so that they can provide a gal of paint and paint the existing wall in my own, and/or submit an work order and they can sent a contract topaint but I have to present. I really didn't like this respond but I didn't complaint becasue new personal have been very nice with my need. Overall, I really like to live in Winsor Falls Apartment!!. It is a great place to be. Nice eenvironment. People @ Office are friendly. My moved in recently. Every thing is fine, expect few. When i took the apartment, inside it was clean, but outside things are little shabby, like balcony, steps... Maintenance needs to be done oveer these places.Otherewise it is a placee to be

It is good and calm. Many restaurants and shopping centers are very accessible.

Staff is friendly, maintenance is very responsive and it has been a really nice experience living here. The location is great. We are in very close proximity to multiple restaurants, Super Walmart and 1 mile from the Beltline.

I have enjoyed living at Windsor Falls. It is a relatively quiet, safe neighborhood with well-kept grounds and apartments. The staff seem to care about the residents, and in fact many of them live here, too. Being that the apartments are located in a medium-crime-incident area of the city, I would say it is generally safer than most, even with the occasional theft from an unlocked car. I have enjoyed my time here, and while it's more expensive than some comparable apartments, I think the location and safety, maintenance and office staff definitely make up the difference.
